Busy Busy Busy

It's the time of the season where you get so busy doing all sorts of Christmasy stuff. Crafting is a very big part of that. So of course I had to squeeze sometime for that.
For the first time I decided to creat /decorate christmas ornaments balls.  I made quite a few of the them but took a picture of only some just to show case here.
I also made some simple cards to put in packets as small gift giveaways. So the five cards I will display were duplicated numerous times.

Hello

Good Evening Everyone:

Just wanted everyone to know, that I just became an affiliate of the program Make the Cut.  This program allows you to make things without you cartridges.  Well you need one cartridge to make the cutter work with the program.  But other than that one cartridge you will never need another again.
Try make the cut you will never regret it. Just press the button on my side bar and try make the cut for yourself.  Be cartridge free. Be happy with the greatest program I have seen in a very long time.
Thanks

Apple Picking

Good Morning All,

Today I have a layout to share with you.  This layout was inspired by the an annual outing my grandson enjoys every year. Not only does he love going apple picking, he loves eating the fruits of his labor lol. Anyway the elements used on the layout were all cut with my favorite program Make the cut.  I hope you like it. Now keep in mind, Im not the best photographer so unfortunately you cant see some of the pics because of the lighting, so please forgive me for that.

Another Card

I have been raving about this new program Make the Cut.  And for all the best reasons.  I am finding that I can do more and more each time.  And I believe it is helping my creativity as well.  This new card I made was with the help (oh man if my mind would work better i would give credit where credit it due.) I'm sorry.  But anyway someone put up shapes in the forum for anyone wanting to use them.  Well I saw one and it gave me the idea for this card. I designed and cut the entire card with mtc Supplies
Regular white card stock
Martha Stewart Glitter (fine)
Window shape from mtc forum(sry dont remember who posted it)
Stock brads i had
and stickers
Anyway here is the card, hope you like it.....I will be back to correct this post and give credit where credit is due...

More Cards

Happy Sunday Everyone:

I have a few more cards which i made for different occassions.  The first is a birthday card that i made for my friend Daisy.  I made this card using MTC to make her name part of the card and to personalize it a little more.  Then there's the one for my precious granddaughter who is very much into Scooby Doo(or scrappy doo) right now, so once again I used MTC to cut scooby doo for use in her card. I also made a card for my stepson, making cards for males is extremely difficult for me. so this one is simple but personalized for him, again letters cut using MTC.  The last one was card a I made for my friend to give to her grandson for his first birtday.  And yes you  guessed it, I used MTC on this one too(actaully the file for this one was made by someone else, and I'm sorry don't remember who, so I can't give proper credit).  Hope you like them all.

Happy Sunday

Hello All,

Have been on vacation so I haven't been doing any crafting at all.  And I have to admit that I have missed it.
So today in between caring for my hubby and cleaning the house I got one card in. lol
It's my husbands grandmother's birthday is  this Tuesday and so I needed a card. So for the first time I decided to make something that I have never made before. The style of this card is called an Easel card. I liked the way it came out. And funny it came together quite quickly. Hope you like it. On Friday I also put together a quick card for a  friend of mine.  Lisa is an aussie friend, which  I have become quite fond of, and it was her birthday today well yesterday where she lives lol. So here are both cards

More Birthdays coming this month

Well in August I am kept very busy trying to create birthday cards. I have a few that I need to make but we will start with this one for my little niece Maddie.  I am still experimenting with punches so this didnt exactlly come out right, but what a better way to start with then a card for a five year old, who wont really care. Lmao.
This card was made using the cricket expression cartridges George and Basic Shapes and  Accent Essentials for the oval shapes. The scallop was made using a Martha Steward punch (sorry don't remember the name.) Ariel was cut out using Make the Cut, I love this softwear, you can do so much with it. Papers are just basic cardstock. I hope you like it, please feel free to leave a message.

Hello

Ok, I'm not showing casing anything today.  But I did want to talk about a great new software that I found. Make the Cut. It's  a super software to use with your Cricket. I have a few layouts which were put together with the use of this software. Which I will showcase for you at a later date.   This software is not only great it has a great support system by both the maker Andy and all of the people who use it and are on the forum. Don't take my word for it check it out for yourself at http://www.make-the-cut.com/ while you're there check out the forum as well.
I don't usually do this type of post but I think I stumbled onto a great product, and felt the need to pass it on to anyone who may be stopping by and visiting my blog.
