More cards

Well, yestesterday was a rainy sunday.  A very good day for crafting.  So what did I do?  I crafted.  I made a Christening card which I need for next month.  I cant go to the Christening, but it doesnt mean you dont send a card. lol.  Then I decided just to play around.  And this new program I have "Make the Cut", I'm still trying to learn, but there are some very talented ladies and gents on their, and they are very generous with their cut files. So, the following disney characters were taken from Stacy(stackyscraps) blog. Please feel free to leave a message

Happy Sunday to All

Good Morning All, hope you a blessed and safe day.
Today I want to show you a two page layout which I made.  This is layout is of my grandson's first visit to the dentist.  I make thiese layouts about things that happen in our lives so that we can share the memories and for my children and grandchildren to be able to  look back and remember things that happen.  So here the layout which I made with the help of one of the greatest programs I have found to date "Make the Cut". I used make the cut to cut pc together the characters on the page (the teeth lol).  Thanks for looking.

More Birthdays coming this month

Well in August I am kept very busy trying to create birthday cards. I have a few that I need to make but we will start with this one for my little niece Maddie.  I am still experimenting with punches so this didnt exactlly come out right, but what a better way to start with then a card for a five year old, who wont really care. Lmao.
This card was made using the cricket expression cartridges George and Basic Shapes and  Accent Essentials for the oval shapes. The scallop was made using a Martha Steward punch (sorry don't remember the name.) Ariel was cut out using Make the Cut, I love this softwear, you can do so much with it. Papers are just basic cardstock. I hope you like it, please feel free to leave a message.
